Door Entry Systems

A range of Door Entry Systems are available to connect to your telephone system so that multiple telephone sets on your telephone system can answer the door and open the door to callers. All units are made of vandal proof aluminium and are all weather protected. Keypad version is used for allowing staff to enter a code to open the door. Voice over IP versions are available for pure IP telephone switches. Integrated camera is an option for visual display.

Voice Over IP (VoIP)

Connect several telephone systems together by the use of broadband. This feature is very useful when a company has several remote locations and need to call each other on a regular basis. All calls between sites are free. External calls can be transferred form one site to another. Also, a user in the Dublin office can “break out” through the Cork office making an outgoing external call, thus incurring a local call charge rather than a national call. This feature is also very useful for the home/office worker who could have the full features of the office system from home.

Voice Mail and Auto Attendant

Connect an external Voice Mail / Auto Attendant system to your telephone system so that each telephone set has its own voice mail box, which can also be accessed remotely. Callers that get through to a voice mail box has options to call the operator or the mobile number of the owner of the voice mail box before leaving a message.

Using an Auto Attendant will free up your receptionist for more streamlining of your calls. A typical announcement could be as follows; “Thank you for calling XYZ Company.
