About Us

Phonelink was formed in 1987 by Stephen Monahan and Paddy O'Brien to provide telephone systems to small and medium sized businesses. As technology has progressed, so too has Phonelink. Coming from technical backgrounds, the emphasis on the company was, and still is, a very much service orientated company. The customer base quickly grew due to a niche in the market for a fast, efficient service on a wide range of telephone systems.

Over the years, we have become accredited dealers for several leading manufacturers, mainly due to our technical ability. To get this accreditation, we have gone through major training.

We are now dealer partners with Eircom. This allows us, on behalf of our customers, to order and process the installation of additional lines and to upgrade their present lines to high speed ISDN lines.
